The Candy platform is a marketplace where sports fans can buy and sell NFTS (unique digital collectables). Giving the most devoted enthusiast what they crave — a way to go beyond the side lines and get in on the action.

In order to create a meaningful digital collectable experience we first had to understand the drivers of existing sports collectable fans. What made physical collectables desirable, and how could we take those moments from the physical world and bring them into a product experience?

Our research revealed key insights about the anticipation, excitement, and joy collectors desired across the whole  journey from the moment of purchase, package opening and reveal, all the way to owning and displaying.
