Ross is currently CCO of Design Bridge and Partners North America. He believes in radical collaboration between Strategy and Creative. Overseeing the output of both disciplines, Ross loves building diverse hybrid teams, running workshops and developing lifelong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Leading senior partnerships with NASA, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Colgate Palmolive, The Coca Cola Company, Diageo, Beam Suntory, Mazda, Ford and Nissan, he specializes in unlocking creative platforms, future-thinking innovations, brand strategies, design systems and digital/social activations and campaigns.

With a background traversing brand, design and advertising, Ross’ superpower combines a breadth of strategic and creative specialisms with the spirit of a storyteller, fueling an abililty to craft holistic brand experiences across ecosystems. He is skilled in socializing work within large organizations and has led meaningful brand change by consistently championing simple, elegant ideas from the C-suite all the way to the street.

Managing the strategic and creative output for over 25m in revenue for North America. Key relationships include - NASA, Microsoft, Lenovo, Mastercard, Diageo, Beam Suntory and more. Delivered on net new business targets of 5m+. Constantly elevating the reputation through PR, press and creative award recognition.

Superunion // Chief Creative Officer // 2018 - 2022
Superunion was created as WPP's experimental brand agency, established in 2018. Ross was the first executive hire in New York, tasked with redefining the category. Alongside the Head of Strategy, he developed a workshop-first approach that engaged clients at all levels, from the C-Suite to interns, through collaborative brand-building. This method has led to successful global brand programs and has been recognized by awards such as Cannes, D&AD, ADC, and the Transform Awards.

Interbrand // Senior Creative Director // 2011 - 2018
Interbrand has been the preeminent pioneer of brand building tools for over 40 years. As Senior Creative Director, Ross was charged with uniting the Strategic and Creative teams to produce work that clients could brag about. By bringing together a diverse range of talent (writers, creative technologists, strategists, artists UX/UI designers), Ross influenced and created award-winning, career-defining work. His clients included Disney, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Qualcomm and Nissan.

The Moderns // Creative // 2009 - 2011
A multidisciplinary role at a ‘holistic’ branding agency. Leading a team of strategists, writers and designers to define brands that ranged across fashion, tech and furniture design. Clients included Rodarte, Knoll and Millicare with deliverables that spanned from brand tone of voice workshops to short films and online campaigns.

J. Walter Thompson Worldwide // Art Director // 2007 - 2009
Creating regional and local brand campaigns for South East Asia markets for the Unilever portfolio of products. Produced effective broadcast and web campaigns for everything from shampoo to The Elephant Nature Park for the ASPCA.

Kingbrown // Creative // 2007 - 2018
What’s a KingBrown? An independent art magazine that brought together legends of the art world with up and coming aspirants. Served cold in a screen printed brown paper bag, every issue is unique. Working with fellow West Australian Perth-ites Scott Hitchcock and Ian Mutch, the collective achieved solid distribution and a digital footprint across four countries and executed brand launch installations for each issue in Sydney, Bangkok, Singapore, Manhattan and Brooklyn. Multiple short films were directed and produced to celebrate creativity.

Created award winning TVC, print and digital campaigns for a wide range of clients that range from B2B to B2B2C to CPG.
